Zimmer + Rohde

Zimmer + Rohde (German: Zimmer Rohde) is the oldest German brand specialising in premium curtain and upholstery fabrics as well as textile wallpapers. The company was founded in 1899 - in 2019 it celebrated its 120th anniversary! Today, it is headquartered in Frankfurt and has showrooms in 31 countries.

Zimmer + Rohde fabrics are created by a large, international team of designers working with weaving mills from all over the world. The list of countries includes USA, France, Italy, England, UAE and China. At the same time, each production has its own specific specialisation.

Zimmer + Rohde's visiting card is a complex combination of fabrics, such as taffeta with voluminous printed pattern, iridescent silk with velour inserts, artificially aged upholstery velvet, and of course, chameleon fabrics.

The German factory offers several textile collections: Etamine, Ardecora, Hodsoll McKenzie and Travers.

Etamine embodies the cheerful spirit of the French Mediterranean coast. This light and colourful collection of interior fabrics for all occasions to make any design idea come true.

The Italian Ardecora brand stands for classical luxury and specialises in expensive and exquisite materials: primarily velvet and silk.

The Hodsoll McKenzie ranges are produced in the English style and are predominantly in linen, cotton and wool. Hodsoll McKenzie's ranges are English and feature a predominantly linen, cotton and wool blend, with the fabric designer Richard Smith being responsible for the development.

Travers is an American brand that reinterprets classic motifs in a modern twist, offering the widest range of materials and patterns.
